FAQ for Executives
Answers to common questions from senior-level candidates.
How does executive search work?
Clients retain us to identify, approach and assess leaders for specific appointments. We research the market, hold confidential conversations and present a shortlist to the client.
How are candidates contacted?
We typically reach out directly and discreetly, by phone or professional networks, and always explain the nature of an opportunity before sharing any details about you.
Is my conversation confidential?
Yes. We never share your identity or information with a client without your explicit agreement.
Can I submit an executive profile or CV?
Online submissions are not yet enabled. When available, profiles and CVs will be reviewed by our consultants and handled under our Candidate Privacy Notice.
How are opportunities shared?
Some opportunities are listed publicly; many remain confidential and are discussed directly with suitable executives.
How will you communicate with me?
We aim to keep candidates informed at each stage of a process, including when a search concludes.
How is my data protected?
Candidate data is stored securely, accessed only by authorized staff and retained only as long as appropriate.
What happens after I submit a profile?
A consultant reviews it and will contact you if your experience aligns with a current or anticipated engagement.
How do you work with senior executives?
As long-term, discreet advisors — offering perspective on the market, opportunities and career direction, not only individual roles.
